We found this one at the new T&T Supermarket in Bellevue, Washington. It was out first visit and found some neat stuff there, although I really expected their noodle aisle to be so much more impressive than it ended up being. Did find a nice array of things, though. Let’s try this interesting little box.
Taktu x Sichuan Smacks Shaxian Dry Noodles Peanut Butter Flavor – China
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle for 4 minutes and drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added fried egg, scallion, LKK Chiu Chow chili crisp in oil, and sesame seed. A very dry dry noodle with a thin gauge and very nice light chew. The flavor was very good – like a sesame paste along with crunchy peanut – and it works incredibly well. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 4582730270718.
