Well, this is it. The last of the Momofuku varieties. I’ve been waiting to do this one and as this is Thanksgiving eve eve, hopefully I’ll be doing this one tomorrow. On with the pre-turkey noodling!
Momofuku Tingly Chili Wavy Noodles – United States
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle for 4 minutes, then drain. Add liquid base. Finally, stir and enjoy!

I would say these indeed look wide.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, chashu, Momofuku Chili Crunch, sesame seed, and scallion. Noodle is definitely wide and with a nice chew. I’m on the fence if I’d heed the ‘cook longer for a softer nooddle’ recco. The flavor is a nice zingy Sichuan pepper, soy, and savory. I really like it. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars.
