Thank to Pher Engi for sending this one! This one’s a bit confusing to me as in my research of this particular style, the kaw style is made with chicken, however I see a myriad of seafood. No matter – let’s try it out!

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add everything to 360ml boiling water and cook 2 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added fishball, fried onion, scallion, crushed red pepper, and sesame seed. Noodle was interesting; almost creamy in the chew which I’m not sure I liked. The broth was a nice tom yum – oily and creamy with a little heat and came across as a seafood style. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 9556001285836.
