Kenchan Ramen Gluten Free Soba Noodles Spice Blend – United States
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil 2 bundles noodle for 4 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Add 3-5oz wcold water to seasonings. Finally, dip and enjoy!
Four bundles gluten free noodle.
Two serving sachets of liquid soup base.
Two sachets of shichimi.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added narutomaki, chashu, egg, mung bean sprouts, sesame seed, and scallion. Noodle gains a nice crumble with the rinse of cold water and a little extra backbone. When dipped in the tangy and slightly spicy broth, it’s really a tasty marriage. This was nice cold. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 860011076339.
