This sounds interesting; I donn’t see what flavor it is as ‘tofu flavor’ wouldn’t make much sense. Spicy? Sweet? I suppose I’d better cook it up and find out!
Nongshim Soon Tofu Noodles – United States
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Has a Vegan seal of the packaging but check for yourself. To prepare, add in seasoning base, noodle block, then tofu block. Fill to line with boiling watter and cover 4 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, scallion, sesame seed. Noodle is Noodle was alright – about as expected. Flavor reminds of a bonito broth – very sweet, kind of tempura. The tofu hydrated nicely. Flavor just didn’t square with me. 2.5 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 031146070916.
