A big thanks to James from Lakeside, CA for sending these! This is a Taiwanese export version I’ve not reviewed (surprisingly enough). The brand is Vedan, however it is pronounced with a w sound – like way-dan. So now you know. Let’s cook.

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add everything to 450ml boiling water and let steep 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Noodle has that standoffish initial tooth Taiwanese fried instants do; it tends a lot of the time that they are dense, but then they have a little crumble.
