This one came out of the gargantuan National Noodle Day box Nissin sent. I looked it up and I reviewed this once before – in 2013. Let’s revisit this one – done a lot differently as for my garnish than the first time.
Nissin Chow Mein Spicy Teriyaki Beef Flavor – United States
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains beef. To prepare, peel lid back halfway and fill to line with room temp water. Microwave 5 minutes at 1000W. Let sit an additional minute. Add in sauce sachet. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion, Chinese sausage, Momofuku Chili Crunch, sesame seed, and a fried egg. Noodle is plentiful – thin and flat with a hint of crumble. The flavor immediately said ‘beef’ which I don’t see very often – appreciated that aspect for sure. The sweetness of teriyaki was there as was a little bit of heat. Vegetables here and there were great as well. Very impressed and a little surprised. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 0706620877206.
