Found this at HMart – it was this or a jjajangmyeon and I went straight to this one. I don’t know anything about the gentleman on the front – his name is Paik Jong Won. Here’s a little about him from Wikipedia –
Paik Jong-won (Korean: 백종원; born September 4, 1966), sometimes spelled Baek Jong-won, is a South Korean chef. In television, he is known as the main host of the cooking television series Baek Jong-won’s Top 3 Chef King (2015–2017), Baek Jong-won’s Food Truck (2017), Baek Jong-won’s Alley Restaurant (2018–2021), and one of two main judges in the cooking competition Netflix series Culinary Class Wars (2024).
Well, okay. Now he’s got a ramyun. Let’s give it a try!

An individual pack.
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge).
An instant noodle block.
A sachet of soup base powder seasoning.
A sachet of vegetables.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, cheese, scallion, and sesame seed. Noodle isn’t the thickest ramyun, yet it has a nice chew. Broth is good – salty, spicy, rich with a bit of mushroom aromd, and not a bitter back to it. The flake sachet was predominately seaweed which worked too. 4.0 out of 5.0 stars.
