A huge thank you to Pher Engi of Australia for sending me this – I’ve been wanting to try it for easily 5 years – probably more. An Indonesian take of white curry just sounds so interesting – let’s give it a try!
Mi Sedaap Mi Kuah Instan Rasa White Curry – Indonesia
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Unsure if it contains meat – check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle in 350ml water. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, tofu, fishball, crushed red pepper, scallion, mint, mung bean sprout, fried onion, and sesame seed. Noodle is great in this one – nice tooth. The broth was sweet! Not only that, it worked! Definitely a unique Indonesian take on a favorite of mine and it’s so great! 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8998866201346.
