Turns out they have a new recipe since the last time I tried their mi goreng. Sounds great to me; seems like it would be a little difficult to improve as their stuff is really quite good. Time to get an egg frying – let’s go!

Detail of the individual pack (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free, but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle for 3 minutes in 400ml water. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added baked chicken with chili sauce, fried egg, coriander, cili padi, and scallion. Noodles have a nice gauge and mouthfeel. The flavor is excellent – a nice balance of sweet and salty with a heat to it that’s not overwhelming but works with everything. What I really love about this one is the oiliness to it – it’s dry, and that makes it better in my opinion. Wonderful stuff! 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8991688890651.
