Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Unsure if it contains meat, but at least I’m sure it contains fish eggs. To prepare, add noodles and a tablespoon of oil to a pan. Heat and loosen. Add in a tablespoon of water and your favorite ingredients and stir. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

A pouch of fresh noodles.

A dry base sachet.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added chashu, Parmesan cheese, crushed red pepper, and mint. The noodles have a nice fresh characteristic and work well with the flavoring, which is a kind of sweet spaghetti sauce taste. It’s not overwhelming, yet adequate. Worked very well. 4.25 out of 5.0 stars.  JAN bar code 4901726050101.
