This is a collaboration between Myojo and a vocational school. Apparently, Friday is a good time to eat garlic. While it’s Wednesday here, somewhere it’s Friday! Let’s give it a shot.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added marinated egg, chashu, narutomaki, shichimi, spring onion, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, sesame seed. The noodles have a little bit of an extra robust tooth to them over standard instant gauges which was nice. The broth was a big scream of garlic which I thoroughly enjoy.
