I’m a big fan of yakisoba – always nice. There are many variations, but I think the original – that Worcestershire style taste is really where it’s at, fully loaded with meat and veggies. Love that action. Let’s give this one a try.
Yamamoto Seifun Japanese Yakisoba – Japan
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Unsure whether it contains meat – check for yourself. To prepare, Add 200ml water to a pan and get it boiling. Add in noodles. Stir until they soak up most of the water and then add the sachet contents. Finally, combine completely and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added ajitsuke tamago, mayonnaise, sesame seed, black sesame seed, beef, spring onion, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, kizami shoga. The noodles were on the thicker side as far as yakisoba is concerned but were nice and soft as they should be. Has a nice and easy gonig yakisoba taste to it- could have done with a tad more tamarind in the flavor. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars. JAN bar code 4979397999081.
