Yeah I know – just did a Meet The Manufacturer series with Sau Tao. But they send a ton of different varieties and they’re taking up room in the bedroom so Going to be fitting a couple in every few days until I’ve gone through all of those too I think. It’s spicy time – let’s give these a try!

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains shrimp and fish. To prepare, boil one bundle noodles for 4 minutes in 500ml water. Drain. Add in 60ml water and sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, soft egg, sesame seed, Lao Gan Ma Spicy Chilli Crisp, spring onion, and beef sauteed in a little soy sauce. The noodles have a nice tooth to them and are of excellent quality. The flavor is kind of like a spicy, almost beefy, nutty taste which works very well with the noodle.
