Finished (click to enlarge). Added kizami nori, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, chashu, kizami shoga, spring onion, and sesame seed. Noodles were pretty good – nothing to write home about. The flavor wads a sweet kind of shoyu sauce. It worked well but may be a little on the sweet end for some.
