Vedan Wei Wei Premium Noodle With Spicy Beef – Taiwan

Detail of the lid (click to enlarge). Contains beef. To prepare, add in all sachets and boiling water to line. Cover for 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Cold in here this morning – cold temps tend to make pastes and sauces thicken up a bit.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts and scallions. Noodle was pretty good – better backbone than expected. Broth has a nice braised beef taste with a little bit of heat – but nothing I would put at a high heat level. Included beef was of good quality and worked well. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars.
