Vedan Wei Wei Premium Braised Beef Instant Noodle – Taiwan
Here’s the back of the package (click to enlarge). Contains beef. To prepare, add noodle block and two smaller sachets to 500cc boiling water for 3 minutes. Add in large retort pouch contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

A thick and oily paste.

Lots of beef and sauce.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts and scallions. The noodles are excellent – flat and soft with a large quantity. The broth Has very good flavor – tasty and strong with a very good oiliness. The included retort pouch seals the deal; the beef is a little dry but that couples with the sauce makes everything tie together very well.
