Thought it would be logical to try these Tokyo Ramen noodles with the Miso Ramen Broth – I mean, it makes sense. These noodles and broth are Vegan, however, I’m going to lay it on thick with some toppings that will not be so Vegan. Let’s give it a go!
Nona Lim Tokyo Ramen + Miso Ramen Broth – United States
Here’s the back of the package (click to enlarge). Vegan friendly. To prepare, add noodles to a big pot of boiling water and boil for 1~2 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Finally, enjoy with some Nona Lim broth!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, shichimi togarashi, egg, and spring onion. The noodles have a very sturdy texture – very chewy. The miso – definitely a red miso – has a strong taste and works well. As these are two separated products, they get two scores.
