#1981: MyKuali Penang Red Tom Yum Goong Noodle Authentic Taste

Here’sd another of MyKuali’s new recipe ‘Authentic Taste’ range. I’m told this has more of the lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves, as well as mushroom and chicken broth. Most of ytou should know it was #1 on the 2015 Top Ten list. Let’s see how these changes affect the taste!

Here’s the back of the package (click to enlarge). Contains crustaceans and chicken (ingredients list hasn’t been upated – new packaging will reflect this). To prepare, cook noodles in 380ml boiling water for 3 minutes. Add in sachet contents. Stir and enjoy!

Definitely can detect the mushroom in the scent.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, coriander and prawns. The noodles have that nice gauge and chew I’ve come to expect from MyKuali varieties. Good quantity as well. The broth has a nice spiciness and strong notes of lemongrass, lime leaf and the mushroom taste comes through as well. Excellent tom yum goong! 5.0 out of 5.0 stars.  EAN bar code 9555655005227.
