Today, I’ll be trying a minced pork instant noodle from Nissin Thailand. I’ve tried a few different minced pork noodles from Thailand in the past and curious as to how this one compares. Let’s give it a try!
Here’s the back of the package (click to enlarge). Unsure whether it contains pork. To prepare, add noodle block and seasonings to a bowl and cover with 300ml boiling water. Cover and let steep for 3 minutes. Stir and enjoy!
The noodle block.
The dry soup base sachet.
A light powder with flecks of spices.
A liquid sachet.
Has a pork scent.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added minced pork sauteed with coriander, NuTek Salt For Life, and chilli flake and a sprig of coriander. The noodles are soft with a round and thin gauge. The broth has a pork flavor with a note of spiciness. Definitely Thai and quite nice. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8852528002903.
