I think my first introduction to this brand was when I found it up at a store in Richmond, BC called Big Crazy. That place was pretty crazy. Anyways, Since then I’ve been a fan of almost everything of theirs I’ve tried. Let’s see what the little elephant has cooked up today!
Baixiang Artificial Spicy Beef Soup Flavor Instant Noodles – China

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, cook noodle and vegetable in 600ml water for one minute, then add remaining sachets and add remaining sachets. Finally, stir and enjoy!

An individual pack.

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge).

An instant noodle block.

A sachet of soup base powder seasoning.

A sachet of liquid soup base.

A sachet of vegetables.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, Chinese sausage, scallion, and sesame seed. Noodle was alright; kinda soft. The broth was a little spicy with a braised beef flavor. To be honest, if I hadn’t had a multipack but a single pack, I would have expected this to have been 500ml water instead of 600 and I’m guessing it would have been much better. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. Amazon – Never tried Chinese bacon but I bet it’s good
