Found this at 99 Ranch Market and really stoked. I am not a huge fan of the flavor of the ol’ Volcano Curry, and expecting great things from this one. Let’s give it a try!

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle in 600ml water for 5 minutes. Add in 2 tbsp water. Add sachets in. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion. Noodle is broad and thick with a very pleasing chewiness. Flavor is a creamy and spicy combo. Sauce is thick and luxuriant. This is pretty good – definitely not as hot as the volcano curry they produce, however much more savbory and far better in my opinion. 4.0 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 648436310692.
