Finished (click to enlarge). Added chashu, egg, scallion, pepper thread, and sesame seed. Noodle is sturdy and a nice chew – very nice. The broth is a very standard spicy beef with a nice back to it with minimal bitterness. Quite good. 4.0 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 846034055681.
