Finished (click to enlarge). Added narutomaki, chili crisp, ground beef, egg, sesame seed, and scallion. Noodle has the standard gauge and chew I’ve come to expect – very nice. The flavor is like a beef flavor you recognize as beef if you are told it is beef. Does this make sense to you? I think it’s more of a suggested beef flavor, but not exactly.
