MAMA Thai Connext Instant Tom Kha Noodles – Thailand

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add noodles to 350ml boiling water and cook 4 minutes. Add sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, shredded chicken, basil, sesame seed, crushed red pepper, mint, and fried onion. Noodle was unusually thick for this brand. It worked incredibly well with the breoth. The broth was an amalgam of coconut, lemongrass, and herbal notes as well as a little heat.
