Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add noodles from pouch in and add hot water. Drain. Add in hot water again – it doesn’t say for how long. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added fried egg, chashu, sesame seed, scallion, and crushed red pepper. The wide noodle is very wide and slippery -very hard to eat. The flavor however was just wonderful – a balanced sesame paste and Sichuan peppercorn flavor and a balanced savoriness worked so well. 3.5 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 6936381706443.
