I’m not usually a big fan of buckwheat noodles, however this piques my curiosity. Not much else to do but give them a try!
Dujosoo Buckwheat Chongqing Noodles – China
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add everything in and fill to line with boiling water and cover for 3~5 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added Fresno chili pepper, sesame seed, coriander, and chashu. Noodle was alright – noo complaints there. The broth on the other hand… It was just oily Sichuan peppercorn. That’s it. A bit of texture, sure, but way too much for me. 0.0 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 6972933563973.
