Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion and sesame seed. This gauge of konjac noodle is probably the best I’ve had thus far. Wide and very thin – thicker would mean rubbery. The flavor? As advertisied and very good – it lends itself so wanting vegetables and maybe cold meats. Really nice bit of heat, sourness from black vinegar, and a lemony aspect which ties it all together.
