Otafuku is a long time brand – mainly known for sauces. I have found their yakisoba sauce to be top notch over the years – I’ve made a lot of yakisoba. This one’s udon so thicker noodle. Let’s try it out.

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, Add a little oil to a pan and meat and vegetables of your choice. Add in noodle and cook a bit and add in sauce. Stir fry. Finally, enjoy!
