Nissin Demae Iccho Bar Udon Noodle Bonito Flavor – Hong Kong
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains shrimp and fish. To prepare, boil noodle in 600ml water for 8 minutes. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!
Two servings of udon.
Two liquid soup base sachets.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added fishcake, chashu, sesame seed, shichimi, and scallion. Udon is just a knockout – gauge and chew are perfect. The broth has an almost bacon scent and light flavor.
