Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion. This was really unique. Think of a brothless noodle with strong tomato flavor and mashed potatoes and a bit of corn and that’s what you have here. Noodle is very good, tomato flavor is very good. The potato is very much a thickening agent – this stuff is very heavy. It’s good – however I only really wanted a couple bites. If it’s ice cold and you just got in, this will stick to your ribs. Also, it’s not spicy at all.
