Finished (click to enlarge). Added egg, chile thread, sesame seed, and scallion. Noodle hydrated well, however much better when microwaved rather than steeped. Broth has a nice heat to it and savory flavor. 4.0 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 850033465846.
