Thanks again to Noodle Jourmey for sending this along! I’ve seen this around quite a bit and I’ve tried the tray version, but here’s the pack. I’ve curious and ready to give it a go, so let’s do it.
Nongshim Shin Ramyun Stir Fry Spicy Beef Flavor – United States
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Contains beef. To prepare, boil noodle and flake 3 minutes. Drain well. Add in seasoning base sachet. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added sesame seed, scallion, and Chinese sausage. Nice, chewy ramyun. The flavor is a tangy sweet and spicy one with a pretty strong heat. It does have a kind of spicy spicy Korean BBQ sauce for chicken kind of feel to it which was not a surprise as that profile is extremely popular.
