Was neat seeing these – I’d tried a previous variety from this brand a while back. They mailed it to me but no clue how they got my address. Tried them and enjoyed them thoroughly. So here’s a version with really thin noodles. Let’s give ’em a try!
Kinmen Thin Noodles – Sesame Oil Flavor – Taiwan

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodles for 1 minute. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!
They wren’t kidding – these noodles are thin.
