Finished (click to enlarge). Nothing added. Noodles had an agreeable chewiness I liked. Broth was light but still tasty. I detected only the faintest hint of heat which really bummed me out. I would have expected it to be hot and spicy – especially when they feature a rapper from Louisiana, but sadly my 3 year old daughter answered in the negative when asked if they were spicy. 2.0 out of 5.0 stars.
