My initial though was ‘wow – what a good price!’ Found these at 99 Ranch Market for 99 cents! However, I did notice they expire in 4 days and immediately realized why they’re so cheap! Let’s give them a try.

Detail of the package (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodles 3 minutes. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added salt & pepper cashews, spring onion, coriander, pepper flake, and sesame seed. Noodles are great for this application – light bounce and thin gauge.
