First off, yes – this is produced in Japan, however this product is packaged for distribution in the United States.

Until now, they only had this variety in multipacks. Now they’ve got these singles! Let’s give it a try!

Hakubaku Restaurant Style Fresh Ramen Umami Shoyu – United States

Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, Add soup sachet to 2 cups water and stir, then add in noodles and stir. Boil for 2-2.5 minutes depending on how soft you’d like your noodles to be. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, spring onion, kizami nori, narutomaki, chashu pork, egg, shichimi, Lao Gan Ma Spicy Chili Crisp, and black sesame seeds. The noodles are nice – chewy and round in shape. The broth has a salty soy sauce taste to it which paired well with the noodle. Has a very nice comfort food grip to the broth which satisfies. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars.  UPC bar code 860001589535.
