In Malaysia, I don’t think it gets as cold as it is here. Not sure they’ve ever gotten snow there. I think it would be nice to be there right now. It’s cold.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added Dodo shrimp and fish balls, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, coriander, and fried garlic. Vermicelli came out nice – ultra thin and a great quantity. Broth is hearty and oily. It has so much flavor and heat! It’s almost identical to varieties I tried in Langkawi, a resort island off the coast of Malaysia.
