I saw these on KOKA’s Instagram feed and thought they looked interesting! I sent them a message and in a couple weeks they arrived. These feature a non-fried noodle with different grains and purple corn! Let’s give them a try!

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add in all sachet contents and 320ml boiling water. Cover for 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added beef sauteed with soy sauce, black sesame seed, spring onion, and Youku Sichuan pepper powders. Noodle didn’t exactly come to perfection in the time directed. However, noodles were interesting. Broth was colorful and rich with a modest Sichuan pepper hit. Tofu was quite good. 2.25 out of 5.0 stars. EAN bar code 8888056577736.
