This one sounds interesting. While not a big fan of mushrooms, I do find that the onion is probably my favorite vegetable next to bell peppers. Well, maybe at par with bell pepper. I really like onions and bell peppers, let’s just leave it at that. Let’s take a look inside and see how it is.

Here’s the back of the package (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodles in 1000ml water for 5~6 minutes. Drain, saving 30~40ml liquid. Add noodles, liquid, and sachet contents to a bowl. Finally, stir and enjoy!

So, I’m seeing a pattern. These are the thinner noodles and they’re the same as with the curry variety. Neither this nor that one come with a soy sauce sachet.

Okay maybe it does have soy sauce. I did see soybeans on the ingredients panel, but the paste sachet definitely smells like onion but onions aren’t mentioned from what I saw so I’m kind of on the fence here.

Finished (click to enlarge). Added crispy fried onion. The noodle cook up nice and fluffy with a decent chew as well. The flavor was really good – not in your face strong and not salty. Flecks of vegetable were here and there and were a very nice touch. 4.5 out of 5.0 stars.  EAN bar code 4713106500010.
