I’ll be the first to admit – I’m not particularly keen on mushrooms. I mean sure – they’re alright sometimes in with other things, but I’m just not a big fan of fungus. I always try to give them a good chance as with any kind of food -= and the same with instant noodles that are mushroom flavored. Let’s see how this one is.
KOKA Mushroom Flavour Instant Noodles – Singapore
Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add in sachets and 320ml boiling water. Let steep covered 2~3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). The noodles hydrated great ion three minutes. I didn’t expect to like this one much but I did. It was overpoweringly mushroom flavored, yet it was there.
