Here’s another one of the Mamee Chef line – spicy chicken shiitake. These are their premium line of products, designed in concert with celebrity Dato’ Chef Ismail. Let’s have a look!
The back of the package (click image to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, cook noodle block in 400ml boiling water along with the contents of the garnish sachet for 3 minutes. Add in powder soup base sachet and stir. Enjoy!

Lots of greenery as well as nice chunks of shiitake and chilli pepper.
Finished (click image to enlarge). Added Fresno chilli pepper, shiitake mushroom and chicken sauteed with some AGV sweet chilli sauce. The noodles are really good with a nice firmness and chew. They’re definitely premium. The broth has a strong spicy component and good chicken and mushroom flavor.
