Been waiting to get my hands on this one for awhile! I tried Cielo products a while back and been curious about the Birria and Mariscos varieties! This is the Birria and it sounds good – we shall see indeed! Time to cook.
Cielo Ramen Birria Instant Ramen Noodle Soup – United States
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add in sachet contents and fill to line with boiling water. Cover and let steep 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added beef sausage, egg, crushed red pepper, and scallion. Noodle was very nice – thin and light. They worked so well with the broth. Let me say I’ve tried a few birria ramen varieties, and this one was tops. The broth is brought through a liquid base. It’s oily and savory – a little sweetness, a nice beefiness, and bits of veg throughout. Very impressed. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. UPC bar code 860003789551.
