Good Seoul Bulgogi Topokki – South Korea

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Contains fish. To prepare, add everything in and hot water to line. Stir. Set lid on top and microwave for 90 seconds at 1000W. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added Chinese sausage, pepper thread, sesame seed, and scallion. The mung bean thread and tteokbokki combo is really interesting. More used to a wheat noodle for something like this, yet it worked well enough. The sauce is very sweet and has a savoriness. Does remind me of bulgogi. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars.
