Well, this is about it as far as noodles I have on hand. What a revoltin’ development! Found this one at S*Mart in Bellevue, Washington. The rest of these have been excellent – let’s check it out!
Sapporo Ichiban x Marutai Kumamoto-Style Garlic Tonkotsu Flavor Ramen – United States
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodles in 450ml water and cook 3 minutes. Add sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!
Two servings of noodles.
Two doup base sachets.
Two seasoning oil sachets.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion, sesame seed, chili crisp, chashu, egg, and pepper thread. Noodle is thin and has a nice little bit of tooth to it. The broth is a garlic infused tonkotsu – very nice oiliness, rich and believable pork bone broth. This is incredibly good – wish this range were more widely distributed. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars.
