An instant noodle block.
Loose bits and seasoning from the cup.
Finished (click to enlarge). Added fried onion, scallion, narutomaki, pepper thread, LKK chili garlic sauce, sesame seed, chashu, and egg. Noodle hydrated perfectly. The broth was a buttery miso which joined with the decent amount of corn was very nice. A little thickness there – perhaps corn starch but very nice. 3.75 out of 5.0 stars.
