This looks interesting to me. I’m curious how hot and how sour it’ll be. It’s got that tofu block too – let’s cook.

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Contains fish. To prepare, add everything but liquid base. Place tofu block on top and add 330ml water over the tofu. Microwave 4 minutes at 1000W. Add in liquid base. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added chili thread, chashu, scallion, tofu puff, and sesame seed. Noodle came out with a nice little bit of chew and good gauge. The broth had a little heat and a tinge of black vinegar. Was tangy too. The included veg was very nice and the tofu block came out very well.
