Kenchan Ramen is providing a myriad of different delivery ramen options. The recently sent a box on ice with fresh as well as shelf stable varieties. The fresh boxes contain two servings of everything. This one today is their tonkotsu – a lot of nice garnish and looks good to me – let’s give it a go!
Kenchan Ramen Premium Tonkotsu – United States
A cooking instructions leaflet (click to enlarge). Contains chicken and pork. To prepare, boil noodles 2 minutes and drain. Add base to 1.2~2 cups boiling water and combine. Add noodles, broth, and toppings. Finally, enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion, narutomaki, LKK Chiu Chow Chili Crisp In Oil, and sesame seed. Ramen noodle is exactly perfect – a little gummy and a wonderful gauge. The broth is very good – creamy tonkotsu. Includes were very good – corn, chashu, menma belong here and are well represented. Full bodied and textures abound. 5.0 out of 5.0 stars. No bar code.
