You Ni Yi Mian Spicy Dan Dan Dry Noodle – United States
Detail of the packaging (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free – check for yourself. To prepare, boil noodle 6~8 minutes. Drain. Add in sachet contents. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added fried egg, Chinese sausage, sesame seed, and scallion. The noodle is quite good – just overcooked. The 6~8 minutes leave it very soft – which is a bit of a disappointment as maybe five minutes would allow for a very nice chew. The flavor is good – oily, little bits in there, spicy, salty, maybe a tanginess from black vinegar flittering about? Despite the noodle it is still quite good. 4.0 out of 5.0 stars.
