A-Sha Dry Noodle of Taiwan’s Prince Karsu range has a lot of Hello Kitty going on – snacks as well. This one’s made in Vietnam. Let’s cook it up and give it a try – I don’t believe it contains any Hello Kitty in the cup’s ingredients.

Detail of the side panels (click to enlarge). Looks to be meat free but check for yourself. To prepare, add in sachet contents and fill to line with boiling water. Cover 3 minutes. Finally, stir and enjoy!

Finished (click to enlarge). Added scallion, sesame seed, and chicken sauteed with paprika, garlic salt and chili oil. Noodle was really good – not spongy but good. The broth has a lot of aspects. It’s slightly sweet, tangy, a hint of spiciness, and tomato flittering about. Bits of veg had a crunch even though rehydrated. All in all a nice veg cup. 4.0 out of 5.0 stars.
